Personalized Exercise Program - $100.00 (Receive your exercise program for FREE when you purchase 8 or more sessions!). Includes consultation, Weight Training for a New Body book, and a 45 minute orientation and explanation of the program. Programs are fully serviced for 6 weeks after delivery.
One-on-One Individualized Instruction (Personal Training) - $65.00 per session when performed in conjunction with an exercise program or purchased in packages greater than or equal to eight session. Session length can vary but is approximately 60 minutes. Couple rates of $85 per session available. Personal training sessions when purchased in amounts less then 8 at a time and not in conjunction with an exercise routine time are $55.
